Master Roster

This is a list of students who have free and reduced applications on file.

• If you are running it for today’s date, you can also include Unapplied Students (students who have do not have a free and reduced lunch application on file).

• If run for a prior date, it will not include the unapplied students since Student Eligibility does not track history on students who have not applied.

• Select Student Effective Date or Application Date from the As of dropdown list.

• Check Print SSN to include Social Security Numbers on the report.

SORT BY

• Select a sort option in the Sort By section.

STATUS

• Check the boxes in the Status section to select the statuses you want on the report.

  All

  • This gets all students, including withdrawn (status 5). If you uncheck All and check Free, Reduced, Denied and Unapplied, it will not get withdrawn students.

  Free Options (status 2)

  • Direct Certified Only will print a list of direct certified students.
  • HMR/EM Only will print a report of applications that were entered as Homeless, Migrant, Runaway or Emancipated Minor.
  • Foster Only will print a report of only Foster children.
  • Head Start Only will print a report of only children in Head Start.
  • Case Number will print a report by case number.
  • Kin-GAP Only will print a report of only students marked as Kin-GAP.

  Reduced (status 3)

  • This prints a list of students with status 3 applications on file.
    • Checking Direct Certified Only as well will print a list of reduced direct certified students from the Medicaid Demonstration.

  Denied (Status 4)

  • This prints a list of students with status 4 applications on file, including those where the household declined benefits.

  Unapplied Students

  • This gets students with status 2, 3 and 4 who do not have a current free and reduced application on file.
    • To create a report with Unapplied Students that were Direct Certified last year, deselect all boxes and then select Unapplied Students: Free: Direct Certification Only.

  

   

FILTER BY

• Select a single School or Grade here in the Filter by section.

• Select a Release Category if you want to print only the applications who have given permission to release information to other agencies.

• A Provision Type will automatically be selected based on your preference in Administration: Control File: Report Defaults Tab, but it can be changed here.

• Click Print to preview the report on the screen. From the preview screen, you can send the report a printer or save it to a file.
