This report allows the user to print letter history to determine when and what type of letter was sent to a specific student(s).
Select a student’s site from the Site dropdown list.
Select the user’s name from the User dropdown list.
Select a date range using the From and To fields. Or check the All Dates box.
Select the Letter Type(s) to be included in the report by checking the box next to the letter type’s name in the grid.
Click Retrieve Students. The lower grid will display all students who meet the search criteria.
Select the student name(s) to be included in the report by checking the box next to their name in the Select Student grid. Click Print.
