Meals Plus Enterprise Portal

Meals Plus uses a single centralized database for the entire school district. The Meals Plus Enterprise Portal is the central location for access to all the Meals Plus products.

o The Product Menu displays all of the components that your district has licenses for.

o If a component displays, but is grayed out, that means the district has rights to it, but your user name does not.

o If you only have rights to one component, it will open that component automatically.

Backup Reminder

If you log in as an Administrator, and backup has not been done recently, you will get a reminder message. Please contact your database administrator and have a backup done as soon as possible.

When the first person signs into Meals Plus each day, the Daily Jobs will run in a defined order, in the background and independent of one another.  The customer will see notifications that the daily jobs are running in the status bar in the lower left of the screen.

If a job fails, administrator(s) will be notified.  Customers can continue to use Meals Plus while the daily jobs are running and will not interfere with their work.
